Chef Randy Rodecki, the founder of Carolina Ribs On The Run, has been working in the restaurant business for more than twenty years. He attended culinary school at the New England Culinary Institute (NECI), and has experimented with a variety of culinary techniques during his employment the restaurant industry. During his culinary journey, Chef Randy has had the opportunity to help build several restaurants into culinary destinations. He has also had the honor to show off his culinary talents to a variety of public figures including: *NSYNC, Poison, and several NASCAR personalities. His cooking has become a favorite among residents around the Lake Norman Area in North Carolina. He continues to strive to make Carolina Ribs on the Run a national favorite for barbecue.
